cancellation and appointment policies

Please know that cancellations within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% fee.


Standing appointments will only continue to be honored when no more than 3 cancellations per year occur. Client may still book appointments, but not on an automatic recurring basis. When 3 cancellations occur within a 12 month period, standing appointments will be discontinued. Standing clients are asked to give more notice than 48 hours, if the appointment is scheduled for over a 1 hour block of time, unless there is an emergency or illness of course.
